To maintain these low prices and operational efficiency, we operate under a strict No Return / No Exchange policy.
Please be advised that all sales made through our platform are generally considered final. Unlike physical retail stores where you can physically inspect items, we sell sealed electronic goods. Most of our inventory is sold without an extended manufacturer warranty to keep costs low for you. Therefore, refunds are not a standard right of return but are a specific remedy reserved solely for defective or incorrect shipments.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We understand that errors can happen. You are eligible to request a monetary refund only under the following strictly defined circumstances:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): The product is completely non-functional immediately upon unboxing (e.g., the device will not power on despite charging).
- Wrong Item Sent: You received a product that differs in model, color, or specification from the invoice generated at the time of purchase.
- Physical Damage in Transit: The product arrived with visible physical damage (e.g., cracked screen, broken casing). Note: This requires immediate proof via an unboxing video.
3. Refund Timelines & Deadlines
Time is of the essence when reporting issues with electronic items. Please adhere to the following timelines:
- Claim Period (7 Days): You must raise a formal refund request within 7 Days from the date of delivery recorded by our courier partner. Requests received on the 8th day or later will be summarily rejected, regardless of the issue.
- Processing Time: Once your refund request is reviewed and approved by our team, the refund will be initiated. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
4. Mandatory Procedure to Request Refund
We streamline our support through specific channels to ensure your issue is tracked correctly. We do not accept refund requests via Social Media comments (Instagram/Facebook) or Direct Messages (DMs).
Step-by-Step Process:

- Step 2 – Provide Evidence: Your message must include your Order ID and clear visual evidence. For damage claims, an Unboxing Video is mandatory. For DOA claims, a video demonstrating the device failing to power on is required.
- Step 3 – Approval & Troubleshooting: Our technical team will review your evidence. In some cases (like connectivity issues with earbuds), we may request you to perform simple troubleshooting steps before approving a refund.
- Step 4 – Resolution: If approved, we will initiate a monetary refund. Please Note: We generally do not provide replacement units; we prefer to refund your money so you can place a fresh order if you wish.
5. Exclusions (No Refund Scenarios)
To ensure fairness, we must list scenarios where refunds will NOT be processed:
- Minor Packaging Damage: Dents or scratches on the outer cardboard box that do not affect the functionality of the electronic device inside.
- Personal Preference / Buyer’s Remorse: Subjective dissatisfaction, such as “I don’t like the sound signature,” “The bass isn’t heavy enough,” or “The color looks different in my room light.”
- User-Induced Damage: Products damaged due to misuse, water submersion (unless waterproof rated), use of incorrect charging adapters, or voltage surges.
- Late Reporting: Any issue reported after the 7-day window has expired.
If you purchased a Xome Store India product via the JioMart platform, you are subject to JioMart’s own Return and Refund Policy. Please raise your return request directly through the JioMart app or website. Do not contact Xome Support directly, as we do not have the authorization to process refunds for payments collected by JioMart.
